A gearbox reducer, also known simply as a gearbox or gear reducer, is a mechanical device used to reduce the speed of a motor or power source while increasing its torque. This reduction in speed and increase in torque are achieved by transmitting power through a set of gears with varying sizes and teeth arrangements.
